I remember what I first said to Greg when I sat down with him for my midterm pitch, It was “I don't know what I want this game to be, but I know what I want it to feel like. I want it to feel like how you feel when you listen to a Men At Work song.” We struggled to gamify ‘Down Under’ so we settled for ‘Who Can It Be Now’. A song in which a social recluse is constantly bombarded with having people knock on his door, this was the direct inspiration for ‘BusinessAsUsual’ whose namesake is the album on which ‘Who Can It Be Now’ appears on. I don’t remember the first time I listened to Men At Work. Unlike some of my other favourite music, I cannot track down how I was introduced to Men At Work. It’s a mystery even to me and as far as I can remember, I’ve been listening to Men At Work since I was a child. 

Developing BusinessAsUsual was an absolute blast! I enjoyed almost every aspect of it. I wasn’t able to get all the features I wanted in the game unfortunately. I had to scale down the roster of visitors, skip on getting lines voice acted and wasn’t able to add a layer of polish to the existing systems. That being said, it was still very fun to work on and I’m happy with what it is.
